Awesome Post and a reminder that paradigms, a multitude of habits resulting from belief systems hold often back from moving in a positive direction in life. I like 16 – 20 the most.
When I did write about paradigms, I realized that most people are not aware of these habits that come mostly from others. I think it is one of the big problems of our time of change. Change cant happen if we hold on to old habits.
